Mark Smalley has been living in Malaysia since he was 18. Growing-up on a generous serving of web-technology, he has been a freelancer, a founder and innovator. Obsessed by all things OpenSource, he was recently awarded Most Innovative App of The Year at MongoSV in Silicon-Valley for MongoPress; the NoSQL CMS. With over 15 years experience in design and development, he has a comprehensive understanding of technology and how it can be applied to both current and future business and marketing trends.

Daniel Yap is a Branding & Marketing exponent with 21 years of experience. He has worked in multinational advertising agencies such as Dentsu, Young & Rubicam as well Agenda, a pure play digital agency. His notable achievements include bringing into life several new brands like YES-4G, the revamp of Maybank2U as well as the conceptualizing and project management of the launch of the Mont Kiara International School. He has also worked on international brands such as Toyota, Honda, Mild Seven, Tiger Beer & Hennessy.

Tristan Gomez is one of the elite lead-developers at Mindvalley, where he executes the most complex of code and mock-ups with a few clicks here and there. Outside the office, Tristan dabbles in Ruby programming and wows the girls with his dance moves.

Dimitri Page is the founder of HiShop Malaysia Sdn Bhd. With a strong educational background in Finance and International Business and a cosy job, he decided to take the leap forward and start an online retail business with no experience whatsoever in web-developement nor retail. Through trial and error, he has successfully established his company in Malaysia and recently merged with a groupon clone: MilkaDeal.com with the objective or diversifying and completing the online B2C offer.

Johnny Mayo has been in Malaysia for the last 5 years and has experience in digital media, social media, event organization and brand management. As a former digital producer for Antics Studios, he has launched and managed campaigns for brands such as HSBC, MyDeal and StyleKandi to name a few. Johnny is also the founder of Changkat Underground and spends his days creating copy for Mindvalley.
